Keeping Perspective
Posted on | February 4, 2006 |
This past few weeks have been a rollercoaster ride. My department has been planing for next year’s faculty laptop fellows (using Tablets), and the possibility of tablet pc’s for a grade of students. Intense conversation and lots of discussions on the pros and cons of 1:1. I really want to do this, but I’m just not sure if I’ll be able to convince the powers that be that its worth while. We’ll see — I’m sure that there will be lots to write about here!

Alex,
I feel there must be some way a wiki (I know, I’ve got ‘wiki on the brain’) could be used to help get educators at schools with one-to-one programs talking with educators at schools considering one-to-one programs.

Hey Fred — I’ll check the wiki and send an email to ISED-L and the other lists on Monday — We should definitely get this going — your reports have been so valueable — THANKS!-

Alex,
Being an impatient sort I went and created a wiki for this topic. Take a look.
