21st Century Learning Proposal - Birth through 18

Plan:
1. Create a 21st Century K-12 Curriculum entry in Wikipedia
2. Create a reading list, missing statement, and guidelines for adding to the curriculum document
3. Get as many folks adding as possible
4. Present the info at as many conferences as possible
5. See what happens.
